FAQ

How much will it cost me to use Seven Days Tickets?

Nothing! All the processing, service fees and taxes are passed on to the ticket buyer unless you specify otherwise.

How much are the transaction fees?

Ticket buyers pay:

  • Your base ticket price
  • + Service fee (3% + $1.29)
  • + Credit card processing fee (3.2%)

For example, with the above fees added, a $17 ticket would cost the guest $19.34, and you would receive $17.

More Options:

  • If you would like to absorb the fees, just let us know! Using the above example, your guests would then pay $17 total, and you would receive $14.79 for the purchase.
  • Upon request, we can also collect sales and admissions taxes from the ticket buyers on your behalf.
What about an event that has several different ticket prices, including a free option for special guests?

No problem! You can add as many ticket types as you require, each with their own separate rules, prices, sales periods and inventories. Add promo codes or coupons to give your guests discounts or complimentary tickets.

Can you customize the look of my ticket page to match my website?

Sure. If you are selling tickets for a series of events over a specific period of time or you would like to use this product to sell tickets on an ongoing basis for your venue, we can set you up with a custom landing page for your events at no extra cost.
